A multi-level restaurant with a large terrace and capacity for up to 1,000 guests, set in one of the city’s most iconic locations. The goal was a unique concept capturing the essence of Italy, able to compete in a highly touristic destination. Timeline, budget and, above all, durability under intensive use were among the project’s key challenges.

Scope:
Interior design, concept and brand creation, construction documentation, site supervision and FF&E supply.
Key Responsibility:
Concept development from scratch, detail and FF&E drawings, and specifications. Management of budgets, suppliers, payments, shipping and installation. Compliance with French regulations in coordination with local teams in Paris.
