A striking space is only half the job. The other half is understanding the client, the project and the numbers. I design spaces that achieve both: exceptional design and a sound business case.

01

Head of Design Office

I led the opening of Archidom Studio’s Madrid office, recruiting and building a new team and creating the working manuals that allow it to operate as one. Alongside developing relationships with clients and suppliers, I monitor the studio’s performance through KPIs that balance quality and profitability, giving me a business perspective on how a design studio truly works.

02

Team Leadership

Years as a project director have taught me how teams work and how to lead them at their best. Through design reviews, clear roadmaps and shared standards, and by developing each person according to their strengths, I guide teams to deliver projects in the shortest possible time without compromising quality.

03

Feasibility & Asset Strategy

Before the first sketch, I define what the project can and should be. Feasibility studies, CAPEX planning, area schedules and brand-standard matrices align the design with the operator’s model, the owner’s investment and the asset’s real potential

04

Creative Direction

Identity, space and narrative take shape in my mind before they reach the page. I combine references, blend design languages and treat life itself as a constant source of inspiration to create spaces that are impactful and truly unique. The process moves from first sketches and organic layouts to material palettes, 3D views and the careful selection of furniture, fabrics and lighting, so that every decision supports the story the project tells.

05

Design Development

I develop the concept into a detailed design that keeps its identity at every stage. Working closely with clients and stakeholders, I guide decisions and keep the project on course, while coordinating MEP and structural teams so technical systems support the space rather than compromise it.

06

Technical & Detail Design

I produce the execution project and full technical documentation: construction drawings, bespoke joinery details, finishes schedules, and material and supplier specifications. Every detail is resolved with buildability, durability and operation in mind, giving contractors and suppliers clear information to deliver the project exactly as designed.

07

Excellence in FF&E

FF&E is where a space truly comes to life, so I lead the entire procurement process from start to finish. Working with suppliers and artisans around the world, I produce detailed drawings for furniture, lighting and decorative pieces, most of them bespoke. The process continues through quality control, shipping, invoicing and payments, and ends on site with the final installation, ensuring every piece arrives exactly as envisioned.

08

Site Supervision

Wherever the project is located, I oversee the construction process through regular on-site follow-up and quality control. Acting as design guardian, I make sure every decision on site stays true to the original idea, so the finished space matches what was imagined from the start.
