Casa Padre Residences is conceived as a hotel and branded residence linked to one of Marbella’s leading hospitality and nightlife groups. The challenge was to translate the essence of its restaurants and party venues into an accommodation concept designed for an exclusive clientele.

Asset advisory from the outset, defining the most suitable product through a unit-mix and area matrix, developed hand in hand with the architecture team. The scope then extended to the interior design of guest rooms and public areas.
